Our History
SR1 Development is a software and IT consultancy company established in 2011 in the beautiful North east of England. After our often disappointing experiences working on an individual basis with larger consultancies, we ourselves were inspired to build a local company from the ground up, with a focus on carving out long term relationships with SharePoint clients; relationships based on quality and trust.
SharePoint has changed a great deal in the last 15 years, and we have worked all the way from SharePoint 2003 to SharePoint online in Office 365. Whilst our primary focus remains SharePoint, we have also developed and fine tuned our expertise around Office 365 and Microsoft based development tools. We have found that the need for organisations to optimise and streamline their technology is greater than ever as the working landscape continues to change in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. A great deal of business now takes place digitally and so there has been a shift in focus to softwares such as Microsoft Teams. In light of this, we’ve honed our skills and are passionate about helping your business to adapt.
